Wendy is an award winning landscape painter from Norfolk in the UK and member of the Society of East Anglian Watercolourists.

In 2022 Wendy was honoured to be named in HRH Queen Elizabeth ll, Platinum Jubilee Birthday Honours. She was awarded a BEM, (Medallist of the British Empire)  for her 60 plus portraits for NHS heroes during the Covid pandemic, which she painted whilst also working as a nurse in the community.

Her paintings are held in both private and public collections including  the Royal Private Collection and The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. She has  had artworks selected for exhibition with the Royal society of British Artists 2021 and 2022 and she has taken part in Sky Arts, Landscape Artist of the Year, as a wildcard.

Inspired by nature and the world around her, Wendy paints in water based mediums  including egg tempera. She often experiments, using different surfaces to paint seeking ways to make her artworks more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
