Refund Policy

Commonly asked Questions. 

I want you to be happy with your new artwork. If you have any queries or wish to see further images please contact me prior to purchase. 
Every care has been taken to show the artwork colours accurately, but please note that variations in colour can occur due to browser  and screen settings when viewing on different devices. 

Size shown in images is approximate and may not be 100% accurate. Please refer to size measurements in description of each artwork.

What if my painting arrives and I don't like it? 
If your painting arrived and is not as you expected  please email me within 14 days to request a refund.  
You will need to package and return the item using the same service as it was delivered and you will be responsible for the cost of the return. Once the item has been safely returned I will  issue a refund within 14 days


What about posting returns from overseas? 
I am unable to accept returns from outside the UK mainland at this time. 

What if my painting is damaged? 
Each artwork is carefully packaged and checked by myself prior to posting.  In the unlikely event that is arrives damaged , please  photograph the item and damage and send this to me  by email within 7 days.
